How to Install Gnome on Centos 8

CentOS is a computing platform. It is free and open-source. CentOS is perfectly compatible with Red Hat Enterprise Linux. The newest platform version is called CentOS8. It comes with new features and functionality.

Installation Guide

SentOS8 already comes with a pre-installed desktop environment. Thus, when you see something about Gnome installation, we mean CentOS8 workstation. Now, let us move to the installation procedure.

Step 1 - Login to your CentOS console. Move to the command line shell. Further, execute the command:

Now, you will see that the Workstation group is also listed in the DNF command. 

Step 2 - Install the Workstation group with the command
